How long does delivery take?
Accra and Kumasi orders arrive in 1–2 working days. Other regions take 2–4 working days. Warehouse pickup is free and usually ready the same day.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Open a ticket within 7 days of delivery. Once the warehouse inspects the item, finance processes your refund to the payment method you used.
How do I track my order?
Open My Orders to follow every stage — payment confirmed, picking, packed, out for delivery and delivered.
